Our film ‘Making Waves: The Gozo-Malta Swim’ has been put forward for the Smiley Charity Film Awards and we need your help to get it shortlisted.

The film chronicles a team from THS (mostly made up of young ambassadors) taking on the six kilometre open water swim across the Gozo Channel. Members of the team discuss the obstacles their bleeding disorders presented in taking on the challenges and the preparation they undertook. It captures exactly why our young ambassadors serve as inspiration for young people with a bleeding disorder as they prove what is possible with the right support and preparation.
