Would you like to take on a role which can really influence what care should look like, on a national level, for people with bleeding disorders?

NHS England is currently searching for someone with a bleeding disorder to represent their community on its Blood and Infection national Programme of Care, to support the commissioning of specialised and highly specialised services.

This role is vital to champion the patient’s viewpoint and ensure that your voices are at the centre of shaping NHS healthcare services, informing service development and improvement. There will be a time commitment, and the role requires that you represent not only your own condition but also understand the needs of the wider bleeding disorders community.

Does this sound like something that you could be passionate about?

You will need to be an adult with a bleeding disorder who is a regular service user i.e. you have regular contact with your centre. Your care will also need to be registered and managed in England. This important role is a voluntary position but will be interesting and rewarding.

You can call Debra or Jeff on our team to find out more on 020 7939 0780.

The closing date for applications is 8 January 2023, so find out more here
