IBCA webinar – Thursday 9 January 2025

Written by Jessica Bomford, January 7, 2025

The Infected Blood Compensation Authority (IBCA) is holding a webinar on Thursday, 9 January between 1700 and 1830, with Sir Robert Francis KC, Interim Chair of IBCA, and David Foley, Interim Chief Executive of IBCA. This will be facilitated by the Hepatitis C Trust and run in conjunction with the Haemophilia Society and the Thalassaemia Society.

Anyone infected and affected by contaminated blood and blood products is invited to join the meeting. Please note that the webinar will be recorded, but only the main speakers will appear on screen.

You can join the meeting here: Launch Meeting – Zoom

Webinar ID: 895 4975 6032

Passcode: 101894

If you have any questions you would like to ask on the delivery of the compensation scheme, please send them to [email protected] and we will pass them to IBCA who will answer them on the day.

We’ve been asked to point out that the Cabinet Office is in charge of the design and eligibility of the compensation scheme, whereas IBCA is in control of the delivery of the scheme. Any questions that fall within the remit of the Cabinet Office will be passed on, but a reply is not guaranteed.
