The APPG on Haemophilia and Contaminated Blood held its Annual General Meeting on 18 March 2026. The meeting heard from Professor Pratima Chowdhary (Chair of the UK Haemophilia Centre Doctors’ Organisation) and service user Joe Peaty about the safety of haemophilia care (Recommendation 9 of the Infected Blood Inquiry) and held a discussion with the Minister for the Cabinet Office, Nick Thomas-Symonds MP, on the progress of the compensation scheme.
