Fancy a fundraising challenge, but doing it in your own time and at your own pace? Then the THS 36 Fitness Challenge is the one for you!

How does it work?

Pick your challenge 
Whether you run 3.6km a day for 36 days, walk 360,000 steps in a month or cycle 36 miles a week, your fitness challenge is up to you.

Sign-up solo or with your family, or challenge 3 to 6 friends to see who can finish first.   

Set up a JustGiving page. There is no minimum fundraising target, but in the spirit of 36 we suggest £360 or any variation of those numbers.

Why 36? 
More than 36,000 men, women, and children in the UK have a diagnosed bleeding disorder and the number rises every year. By joining this challenge you will help us raise the funds we need to ensure every one of these people is supported.
