Haemophilia Society Diamond Gala Dinner 2024

Dress: Black tie. Suits and glamour required!  

A table of ten is £1600 and Individual tickets are £175 which includes reception drinks, a three-course meal and a live auction.  

This year marks 60 years since the Haemophilia Society officially became a charity. We’re looking forward to properly marking the occasion at this year’s Big Get-Together (BGT) in Leicester in November.

In the meantime, we’re holding a gala dinner in London on Saturday 6 July, a glamorous black tie event, to raise vital funds for the Haemophilia Society to ensure events like BGT can go ahead.   

Our Diamond Gala is the perfect occasion to enlist generous friends, colleagues, employers and businesses to support this unforgettable evening. 

Why you can’t miss this unforgettable night:  

  • The money raised from this event will help us continue our support for everyone in the UK with a bleeding disorder.
  • It’s a unique opportunity to indulge your inner Harry Potter by sitting down to eat under the Great Hall’s vast oak-ceiling at the prestigious Honourable Society of Lincoln’s Inn. Queen Victoria opened this hall in 1845 – you too could be there!
  • There’s a chance to bid on incredible experiences at our live auction, such as a luxurious week-long stay in Barbados for six. 
  • Meet new people and reconnect with old friends. Mingle with 160 other guests and enjoy an evening to remember. 

This is primarily a fundraising event. All the money raised at this event, both through ticket sales and auction lots, will be used directly to further fund our member services and events. In recent years, our expenses have increased significantly. The cost of running youth camps, for example, has increased by 65% since 2019.

It’s incredibly important to us that we’re able to continue to offer as much of what we do as possible free of charge. We believe this is the best way to ensure these services and events reach those who need them most.

Your support makes this possible. Every ticket sold will help us send a child to Youth Camp, a family to Newly-Diagnosed Weekend or publish a new information booklet.
