Service of Thanksgiving and Remembrance

Remembering those who have died from contaminated blood products within the bleeding disorders community.

Because of Covid-19 this years’ service will be a hybrid event. Following Government guidelines we will have limited capacity to accommodate people in the church but you will also be able to join via video link, we will send this information nearer the time, if you would like to attend in person please register via Eventbrite, tickets to attend will be issued on a first come first served basis, unfortunately we will not be able to provide refreshments afterwards.

Current Government Guidelines also dictate that you must:

  • Sign up and download the NHS track and trace app prior to your arrival (You will need to check in to the venue by scanning an official NHS QR code) https://covid19.nhs.uk/
  • Wear a face mask during the service (it is a legal requirement unless you are exempt).
  • No singing – unfortunately the congregation will not be able to sing, but there will be a choir present.

We are also unable to display the Book of Remembrance due to ongoing Covid-19 restrictions.

Details about how to book your free place, are available here or you can email us and we will book your place for you.

If you are unable to attend but would like to make a donation to help fund the service and our work for families affected, please contact us at  info@haemophilia.org.uk
