Invite to Feedback on Support Schemes

We would like to gather your thoughts and opinions on the current support schemes in the UK. We, alongside other groups, have been invited to engage with Health Minister Jackie Doyle-Price at the end of January to examine the issues around the current arrangements. We will gather your responses to inform our approach to this meeting.

Inquiry meeting dates
The Inquiry has released a number of meeting dates for 2019 for people who have been infected and/or affected and who would like to get an update from the Inquiry team. You will need to register with the Inquiry to attend. www.infectedbloodinquiry.org.uk/events

Psychological Support
If you feel talking to a professional may help there is a confidential support service offered by the British Red Cross to anyone affected by treatment with infected blood or blood products.

Telephone support can be accessed by calling 0800 458 9473 and 0203 417 0280 at these times: on Monday between 11am and 1pm on Wednesday between 7pm and 9pm; and on Friday between 2pm and 4pm. There is also a messaging system to receive a call back.
