The Infected Blood Compensation Authority (IBCA) are holding a community event on Monday 9 December in Antrim, Northern Ireland. At the event Sir Robert Francis – Interim Chair, David Foley – Interim CEO, and other interim directors will meet with members of the infected blood community to discuss the key issues affecting them.
