Compensation Review Meeting

Join us on Wednesday 13 October 2021 from 6pm – 7.30pm to discuss the independent review of compensation schemes for those infected and affected by the contaminated blood scandal. At this online event we will be hearing from Brian O’ Mahony, Chief Executive at the Irish Haemophilia Society, on the Irish Compensation Scheme.

This is the second in our series of online meetings to discuss the Infected Blood Compensation Framework Study, ensuring that your views are represented and everyone gets a chance to express their opinion on this issue.

Sir Robert Francis QC is leading the compensation review and will report back to the government in February 2022. He will consult widely before reaching his conclusions. The Haemophilia Society will be submitting recommendations to Sir Robert once we have heard the views of our members.
