Data might not set your pulse racing, but to us as an organisation, accurate data about our members is priceless. Accurate data means that we can tell you about events near to you, contact you with news that’s relevant to your disorder, put you in touch with others with similar issues, and much more.
However, inaccurate and/or incomplete data means we can’t contact you about the important stuff, and what interests you, in the most efficient way. This is where we are asking for your help. Please take just five minutes to complete a member update form so that we can validate and update the data that we currently hold for you. Your completed forms will make our records much more accurate and comprehensive. For example, currently we are missing a valid postal address for 4% of members, and have no email address for just over a quarter of members.
We would really appreciate your help to put this straight.
We can also update your information over the phone, so please call 020 7939 0780 if that’s easiest.
Of course, please be assured that we comply with all legislation and best practice principles to store the information that you share with us. If you’d like further information, or have any questions, please contact us at [email protected].
