Ways to take part
You don’t need to be an amateur athlete to Race Around the World. There are plenty of activities that people of all ages and abilities can do to get moving and clock up those miles.

The easiest way to keep track of your ‘distance’ is to download the Runkeeper or Strava apps. They have options to track a particular sport (anything from riding to kayaking) or to simply track your movement (‘Other’ in Runkeeper or ‘Workout’ in Strava). You can also track your movement on a FitBit, Apple Watch, or mobile phone and manually add your distance to your GivePenny page.
