I’m 18 and I have haemophilia A. Currently I’m on top of the condition, treating every three days and not letting it stop me from doing anything.
When I was younger I was never wrapped up in cotton wool; if I wanted to do something I would do it. I’ve played basketball, badminton and even training for rugby. I go to the gym and music gigs. Currently I am a carer for older people and have been doing that for nearly a year.
I’ve always looked up to the Youth Ambassadors as I’ve always attended the trips set up by The Society and I’m very excited to finally be one and help where I can.
