My name is Scott and I have severe haemophilia A. I was diagnosed at 8 months old but I have always tried to live a normal life and prove that haemophilia doesn’t have to hold you back. I like to try and push the boundaries when it comes to the condition; whether that be from getting a new tattoo or piercing to taking part in tough mudder challenges.
A few years ago, I decided to create my own page ‘Unclottable’ to share my experience with others and to try and raise awareness of people with bleeding disorders. Fortunately, this led to me to The Haemophilia Society. After meeting the team and seeing first hand the work the charity does, I immediately wanted to be involved in any way I possibly could.
