Ladies Festival raises almost £3k for The Haemophilia Society

Written by Daniel Barnes, April 21, 2017

Dancing, sumptuous dining and fun were had by all at the recent masonic Ladies Festival held by Atlantes Lodge No.4756, who chose The Haemophilia Society as this year’s chosen charity raising nearly £3000, with £400 alone coming from the auction of a signed Manchester United football!

The evening began with a delightful five-course meal enjoyed by all with, we are told, an amazing swan shaped dessert!

Raffles, auctions and dancing to a superb live band followed making for a night to remember! A thoroughly enjoyable and memorable evening for all. The money raised will provide The Haemophilia Society with much needed funding to help us continue our work to provide information and support to the bleeding disorder community across the UK.

We want to say a huge heartfelt thank you to the brethren of Atlantes Lodge and their guests for all their hard work and fundraising.
