Newly Diagnosed Families Weekend
Our Newly Diagnosed Weekends (NDW) are free events that support parents who have recently found out their child has a bleeding disorder. We bring together experts in bleeding disorders care to share knowledge and experiences so families get the help they need to ensure their child receives the best care.
Held jointly with Haemophilia NI, this weekend is for families with a child diagnosed with a bleeding disorder in the past five years. We bring together experts in bleeding disorders care to share knowledge and experiences so families get the help they need to ensure their child gets the best care.
Creche facilities will be available.
We have availabiliy for 10 families to attend weekend event.
Throughout the weekend, you will meet a range of people involved in bleeding disorders care, including:

- Dr Christine McCartney
- Lou Sayers – Physiotherapy
