The Haemophilia Society Living Well Conference 2019 is taking place on 16 March in London.
- Are you unsure how your care will be managed if you need social care or move to a care home?
- Do you want to know how your centre can help you better manage your joints and pain?
- Do you want help in managing the impact of contaminated blood products and an update on the Inquiry?
This year’s conference focuses on maintaining independence and maintaining control of your bleeding disorder and its treatment. Speakers will include nurses, social workers and psychologists talking about housing, mental wellbeing and pain management.
There will also be an update on the contaminated blood inquiry as well as advice and guidance on managing the effects of Hepatitis and HIV. Speakers will include representatives from sources of further support as well as The Haemophilia Society’s public inquiry team.
