Prime Minister responds to letter on Contaminated Blood Products

Written by Aaron Dennis, May 15, 2017

The Haemophilia Society received a response to the letter written by a large number of campaigners to the Prime Minister last week.

The response thanks us for the letter but says that it will be passed to the Department for Health for a reply.

The Society plan to write back to Number 10 making it clear that this is a matter for the Prime Minister and that they expect a personal response from her office.

Members, campaigners and other supporters can support our call for an inquiry into the scandal of contaminated blood products in the 1970s and 1980s by sharing our pledge on social media with their election candidates and calling on the Government to reveal the #bleedingtruth.
